At Polaroid Eyewear, we want you to see the world clearly and confidently. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return your frames in their original condition within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Frames

  Place the eyewear in its original protective case and packaging, ensuring all tags and cleaning cloths are included to qualify for a full refund.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Ship and Track

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days of reaching our warehouse.
